1 Squat Clean 185/125
2 Muscle-Ups
3 KB Swings 53/35
4 Burpees
5 Deadlifts 185/125
6 Toes To Bar
7 Push-Ups
8 WallBalls 20/14 @ 10/9′
9 Sit-Ups
10 Jumping Lunges
11 Mountain Climbers (each leg)
12 Clean and Jerks 185/125

Do the following exercises the same way you would sing the Christmas song.
I.E. on the first day of Christmas, my coach gave to me, 1 squat clean. On the second day of Christmas, my coach gave to me, 2 Muscle ups and 1 squat clean. On the third day of Christmas, my coach gave to me, 3 Kettlebell swings, 2 muscle-ups and 1 squat clean. Etc, etc.
