12.7.15 WOD

Athletes, it is here. 1 rep max week. After a long 11 weeks of oly lifting we can now retest our lifts. We will not be doing every lift we did upon starting this oly cycle.

We will be doing the Snatch on Tuesday and the Clean and Jerk on Thursday. Our classes those days will be lifting only. On the other days of the week we will be doing 1 rep maxes on other lifts. The lifts will be a surprise.

I can’t wait to see how everyone has improved.

6 Minutes to Establish 1RM Deadlift (5 attempts max)

Note: you must wait the entire 6 minutes during your 1RM deadlift portion.
