40 double unders
rope climbs = 5 + number of breaks to get to 40 DUs
60 double unders
rope climbs = 4 + number of breaks to get to 60 DUs
80 double unders
rope climbs = 3 + number of breaks to get to 80 DUs
100 double unders
rope climbs = 2 + number of breaks to get to 100
(Single unders will do 3x the doubles and have no penalty rope climbs)
