I’ve been involved in CrossFit for over 7 years now, starting at NSXFit in 2017 when Aaron Holcomb convinced me to give it a try. After moving to Texas for work in 2019, I continued to grow at Tiger’s Den CrossFit and CrossFit 972. When I switched to a fully remote role, I was able to move back home to the Tri-Cities in December of 2022, and more importantly, my home at NSXFit! I made the decision earlier this year to take the L1 CrossFit course to continue my growth and help give back to the gym and community that’s been a huge part of my life for so long.
