Competitors, this post is for you. If you are in town, you are more then welcome to check-in at 5pm-6pm on Friday. If you are not, check-in time is at 7am-7:30am on Saturday, both athletes will need to check in. 7:30am-8am is athletes briefing. Volunteers, if you are helping us out this year, here is some info you all need to know. Judges- We wil be haven a judges meeting on Friday at 5:30 to go over movements and WODs. We will also have one the morning of at 7am, to answer any questions that were forgot to ask and that athletes might ask. For all the other volunteers, we will be meeting at 5pm on Friday to go over your jobs and responsibilities. Please be here on time so that we don't
