I moved to Tri – Cities in 2014. My whole life I played lacrosse no matter where I was living. Once I graduated from Kamiakin High School my lacrosse career was over and I wanted to find a way to stay in shape. I tried commercial gyms but it wasn’t cutting it for me. In late 2021 I tried CrossFit and was instantly hooked. After just a few months I knew that I wanted to be more involved in the CrossFit community so I decided to get my L1 and coach. In May of 2023, Allie and I decided to join NSX. My passion for CrossFit doesn’t just come from the brutal workouts and the heavy weight lifting but it also comes from the great community that I am honored to be surrounded by everyday. I am excited to see what the future holds for me here at NSX.
