Need to cancel your membership? Here is a few things to know and the process to cancel your membership.
You must give 15 days’ notice via email to Support@NSXFit.com if you are trying to stop your membership before the next billing cycle.
Verbal requests to a staff member to change accounts are not valid. We receive to many requests to keep track this way.

6 AND 12 MONTH UNLIMITED CROSSFIT MEMBERSHIPS CONTRACTS
6 and 12 month contracts are paid in full. May not be changed, paused or stopped. These contracts do get you an additional discount. A cancelation fee (80% of remaining balance) will be applied if your contract is canceled before the end of its expiration.
