Athletes, If you are planning on heading to CrossFit Regionals in Portland the weekend of May 19-22, Coach Mary has reserved a block of rooms at the Best Western hotel 4 miles from the Moda Center! Rooms are $120 per night + tax and you have until April 23rd to book at this rate.

There is a conference going on that weekend in Portland and most of the hotels are either booked or crazy expensive, so this is a good price.

10 Minutes to establish a 1RM front squat. 

then:

16 Min. Alternating EMOM:
1- 20/15 Calorie Row
2- 1 Round of “Cindy” (5 Pullup, 10 Pushup,15 Squat)
3- 10 Toe-to-Bar
4- 8 Reverse Lunges (Back-rack) @135/95

Note: If you are unable to complete 1 round of “Cindy” in 1 minute, scale to 3/6/9. No bands will be allowed.
