12.15.15 WOD

Athletes, I would like to bring a few things to everyones attention, so that we are all on the same page.

Memberships are not transferable between family members. Meaning if a father purchases a membership, his wife or children may not use his visits. That membership is solely for the father.

The reason that our Crossfit gym does not have contracts is because we allow things that other gyms don’t and have rules that other gyms don’t, like making up the occasional missed visit. Missed visits are something we let our athletes make up occasionally, to be nice. Visits are not like AT&T rollover minutes. Making it to the gym is part of your responsibility.

Another reason we don’t have contracts is so that memberships can be stopped when things like, work get in the way, injuries or for families to take vacations. It is quite a bit of work to stop and start accounts every month, but this is something we do for our athletes.

We recently raised our prices. If you were at a grandfathered rate, you are allowed to stop your membership for these reasons and stay at your current rates. The only time your memberships will be raised is if you stop your membership for no reason and decide to come back at a later time or if you make changes to your current membership.

We love to provide the best service we can, but ask that you all understand that changes need to be made as time goes on. We are sorry if this is a inconvenience to anyone.

If you have any questions please let us know.
